The Chef

Chef Isaac Bernstein attended the French Culinary Institute with a Focus in Artisan Bread Baking. After graduating from the program Isaac went to work for Amy’s Bread in Manhattan were he learned the ins and outs of wholesale bread production. After mastering the basics Isaac moved to San Francisco to take a prestigious internship working under Michel Suas at the San Francisco Baking Institute, where he studied and perfected his baking and French pastry skills.
After a year working in bakeries and restaurants throughout Northern California, Isaac returned to New York to work under Chef Mike Gershkovich at Mikes Pizzeria and Italian kitchen and Mikes Bistro. After 2 years being immersed in the world of kosher fine dining Isaac returned to Northern California to open Epic Bites Catering, a company which was known for its modern kosher cuisine, combining the flavors of the non-kosher pallet with the traditions he grew up with.
